The rampant lion is used in the Scotland Royal Coat of Arms. One belief is that King Richard I of England "the Lion-Heart" was who first introduces a heraldic device showing a rampant lion, the king of beasts rearing up with its clawed paws out-stretched as if in battle.
The owner Craig originally hails from Dundee, Scotland and has adopted and proudly displays the Rampant Lion in his logo. Craig also proudly displays this exact piece on his gallery wall at home.
This piece is handmade to order, each one is totally unique. Item may differ slightly from photos.
