When a client asked if I could do the Indianapolis flag, I was excited. I really love the clean lines and perfect symmetry of this flag. Plus Indianapolis is such a cool city and I love that my art is there. Before making a flag I always research the meaning and this one has tons of symbolism. The white star represents the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, and the white & red circle depicts Monument Circle. The four white stripes represent the main streets of Indianapolis, along with the city's unofficial motto, "the Crossroads of America". This flag would be perfect for any office, restaurant, living room, bar, dorm, etc... It's the perfect blend of rustic chic to fit anyone's decor.
